ILTC Malaysia had invited by Airasia management for a Meeting was held at KLIA2 Terminal

Last month on 21-10-2022, ILTC Malaysia had invited by Airasia management for a Meeting was held at KLIA2 Terminal area (in the MAHB Conference Room) on regarding their services which was dissatisfaction, hassle and humiliating experience for passengers during flights to and from India for Wheelchair users whereby to attend the Disability Reforms Convention and Exchange Program which was held on Saturday 16-07-2022 @ KLIA2 Terminal.

On the day, on behalf of organization we had shared our crucial experiences & challenges faced by disabled people at AIRASIA. AirAsia for not taking responsible and proper steps to provide its facilities and services to cater our disabled needs of the traveling including disabled travelers.

In end of the meeting the Airasia management willing to hear our plightless and willing to improve their services render to the disabled person in Malaysia.

The Meeting was attended by Mr. Kesavan Sivanandam, Mr. Prushothaman Nair A/L Gnanasekaran, Mr. Mariapan A/L Muthiayah, En. Fiziadzuan Bin Ramli, Mdm. Asiya Bashir and En. Helmi Bin Hashim
