ILTC disabled activist hand over a Memorandum of Protest to TAN SRI MUSA HASSAN, KETUA POLIS NEGARA on Thursday 22/04/2010 at 10.00am at the office Bukit Aman Police Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur.
