Maybank Foundation - Deepavali Celebration on 6/11/2014

Maybank Foundation organised a memorable day for 40 disabled members who had that opportunity at a Deepavali gathering with disabled people at the Independent Living & Training Centre Malaysia which was successfully held on 6-11-2014.

Maybank Foundation were treated to a sumptuous Hi-tea and presented with goodie bags by CEO of Maybank Foundation – Encik Shahril Azuar Jimin & Head of Group Corporate Affairs & Sustainability – Puan Eliza Mohamed.

The building was expected to be complete within the next three months by end of November 2014, and that it would expect begin operating on end of December 2014.

MISCF Director YB. Datuk Mohan Thangarasu jointly with Chennai Silk Palace & Madras Jeweler handed over vouchers RM100.00 to new Deepavali clothing shop for the needy people followed by a sumptuous lunch on 17/10/2014 @ 10.00am.

On behalf of our organization, we would like to thanks YB. Datuk T. Mohan for inviting our 20 disabled members and it is certainly nice to be part for the event.

Deepavali Dinner was organized by the MIC New Green Park Branch Chairman M. B. Raja (Selayang Division Vice Chairman) on 12-10-2014 @ 7.30 pm.
