PELANCARAN DAN PERASMIAN BAS SMART SELANGOR MPS

Pada 03hb Oktober 2017 (Selasa) jam 10:00pagi bertempat di Perkarangan Pusat Perniagaan The REEF, Rawang telah mengadakan Majlis Perasmian Bas SMART Selangor Laluan Rawang.

ILTC Malaysia ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Majlis Perbandaran Selayang yang telah sudi atas menjemputannya.

Seramai 44,303 orang penumpang gunakan perkhidmatan percuma ini yang majoritinya terdiri daripada pelajar sekolah,sejak 27/7/17 hingga 31/8/17.Bas ini juga Mesra OKU dan bebas halangan.

Program telah dirasmikan oleh Y.B. Dato' Teng Chang Khim, Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Tetap Pelaburan, Perindustrian & Perdagangan, Industri Kecil & Sederhana (IKS) Dan Pengangkutan Negeri Selangor sambil disaksikan oleh Y. B. William Leong Jee Keen, Selayang Member of Parliament, Y.B. Gan Pei Nei

State Assemblyman For Rawang.

Disamping itu, perkhidmatan ini juga bertujuan bagi menggalakkan serta mendidik orang awam menggunakan pengangkutan awam bagi mengurangkan penggunaan kenderaan persendirian. Perkhidmatan bas ini juga sebagai usaha kerajaan negeri bagi mengurangkan beban sara hidup rakyat negeri Selangor.

Centre aims to raise RM100,000 at concert

TEN charities led by Independent Living and Training Centre (ILTC) Malaysia will be holding the Rainbow of Butterflies Mega Charity Concert in Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam on Nov 25.

This concert is to raise funds for ILTCM, Yayasan Seribu Harapan Malaysia, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Anak Yatim Sri Sai Selangor, Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Matair Kehidupan Selangor, Pertubuhan Rumah Kebajikan Chrestus, Persatuan Kebajikan Masyarakat India Annal Lllam Port Klang, Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Kirtarsh, Pusat Jagaan Anak Yatim Sai Pandian, Society for Deaf Selangor and Federal Territory and Pusat Jagaan Siddharthan.

Representatives from each home will perform at the concert.

ILTC Malaysia president G. Francis Siva, who is also the event treasurer, said because of the current economy and lack of financial support, these organisations have suffered over the last year.

“The proceeds will be distributed equally to the beneficiaries.

“About 1,000 people from the 10 homes that include orphans, the deaf, senior citizens, terminally-ill children, and people with disabilities will benefit from the concert.

“We also welcome corporate sponsors to help with our overheads like stadium rental, chairs, tables, tents, PA system and electricity,” he said.

Tickets for the concert are RM10 each. A minimum donation of RM1,000 is required for VIP tickets.

VIP2 premiere show on August 11, 2017

More than hundreds of people with disabilities and including orphans had got the opportunity as such VIP privileges to watch the movie VIP2 premiere show on August 11, 2017 at GSC - Nu Sentral, City Center, Brickfields, K.L.. They were treated with VIP seating for VIP2 premiere show. Food and drinks were served by Mr. Murali, Tamilan Uthavum Karangal for us.

Furthermore, Under Community Social Responsibility YB. Dato Abdul Malik from Malik Stream Corporation Sdn. Bhd. had hand-over donations to several charity homes.

Pagi Tanpa Kenderaan 2017 @ Bandar Country Homes,Rawang

The Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) continued its healthy lifestyle by hosting a “Pagi Tanpa Kenderaan 2017” program held on 06-08-2017 at the Commercial Center, Bandar Country Homes Rawang, Selangor.

This program encourages the use of environmentally friendly transportation that does not use motor vehicles.

In addition, the Rawang community service center also contributed 10 wheelchair units to the Independent Living and Training Centre Malaysia (ILTC) to assist the disabled.
