Do the Ministry allowed disabled volunteers to help the Ministry?
ILTC have a great shock to hear the statement from the Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen.
We could not digest this at all.
Kindly take note of this matter urgently due to lack of services from welfare Department.
