In conjunction with the Valentine's day and Chap
Goh Meh, Leo club of KL Central on 14th February 2014 has organized an event to
put a smile on the faces of the disabled people at the ILTC Malaysia.
"Spread the love" has the main idea of showering the forgotten groups as such as disabled people with love from the public .
Leo Club members visited the organization and
delivered the flowers with the encouraging notes attached together with the
roses to 30 disabled people in the Independent Living & Training Centre
Malaysia. All the flowers were wrapped by the leos and lunch was prepared for
us as well.
They had simple ice -breaking and chit-chatting session and a box of mandarin oranges was given to us before the end of the
event. We had a enjoyable noon with the members and also members of the Leo
club of KL Central.
They donated the daily necessities required items,
such as ten packages of 10kg rice, shampoo, toothpaste, cooking oils and so on.
