Rotary Club of Greater Kuala Lumpur’s Back to School programme

On behalf of Badan Latihan & Hidup Berdikati Malaysia, I express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Rotary Club of Greater Kuala Lumpur’s Back to School programme of your kind contributions Back to School Attire for the needy students towards Independent Living & Training Centre Malaysia.

The children were taken to Mydin Mall, and where they shopped for a school uniform, bag, pair of shoes and socks.

Later, the children were treated to a festive dinner, interactions with Santa Claus and a clown, and a magic show at the Lake View Club.

The schools and orphanages taking part in the programme include RRI Tamil School, Badan Latihan & Hidup Berdikati Malaysia, Yayasan Seribu Harapan Malaysia, Persatuan Kebajikan Masyarat India Annai Illam, Rumah Kebajikan Karunai Illam and Lighthouse Children Welfare.

3 Million Welfare Institutions Warming Plan

The Sin Chew Daily and the Sin Chew Daily jointly hosted the "3 Million Welfare Institutions Warming Plan" in order to assist domestic care and disability organizations were held on 15th December 2018 at the B2 Auditorium of Sin Chew Daily.

Majlis Mesra Deepavali di TNB

Pada 29 November 2018 – Sebanyak 300 anak yatim dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) berumur antara tiga dan 22 tahun diraikan oleh Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) dalam Majlis Mesra Deepavali di TNB Sports Complex.

Anak-anak yatim dan 45 ahli ILTC Malaysia OKU masing-masing menerima sumbangan duit raya RM50.

Sumbangan itu disampaikan oleh Pengerusi TNB, Tan Sri Leo Moggie; Ahli Lembaga Pengarahnya, K. S. Gopala Krishnan serta Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Datuk Seri Ir. Azman Mohd.

Majlis yang dihadiri kira-kira 2,000 pekerja TNB dan tetamu syarikat itu turut dihadiri Ahli Parlimen Klang, Charles Santiago dan Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Bukit Gasing, Rajiv Rishyakaran.
